3-Days Return or Exchange Policy as long as the Item has a technical issue Or never been used.

• I purchased a Disposable but It does not hit or leaking?

Due to the high demand of Disposables, the manufacturing, shipping and Colorado Elevation can cause an issue to the disposable quality. So, we highly recommend customers to try all Disposables in-store before leaving the shop As we have no Returns or Exchange Policy. Thanks

• I purchased an Item but I don’t like the Size, Color or I want to upgrade?

If the Item was never opened or “used”, then an exchange can occur no later than 3-Days after the date of purchase.

• What is the minimum age to buy an incense or a water?

It does not matter what you buy, the legal age to enter the shop is 21+.

• I need to know the price before driving all the way to the store!
